Executive Summary

Quality Training in Construction (RTO 41039) maintained strong compliance and delivered excellent training outcomes during 2025–26. Using a systematic self-assurance framework aligned with the 2025 Standards for RTOs (Outcome Standard 4.4), we proactively monitored, evaluated, and improved our operations.

Key Results

  • Unique student enrolments: 1,999 across AQF qualifications and accredited short courses in the construction sector.
  • Total completions: 1,977
  • Student satisfaction rate: 100% (January 2025 – May 2026)
  • Trainers and assessors received extremely positive feedback, consistently praised for their real-world construction experience, industry currency, practical teaching, and student support.

Self-Assurance Approach

We follow a Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle and the risk-based self-assurance activities outlined in our Self-Assurance Strategy Planner.

Student Feedback Highlights

Student questionnaires showed 100% satisfaction (Jan 2025 – May 2026). Trainers and assessors were repeatedly highlighted as a major strength.

  • Refined enrolment and support processes.

Forward Plan 2026–27

We will continue our self-assurance cycle with increased assessment validation, expanded employer consultation, and digital improvements.
